Alterations to this 1920's English Arts and Crafts style house were extensive and were completed in stages. The work included new family room extension, double garage extension with TV room and new bathroom. The existing bathrooms were also refurbished. A new tennis court, swimming pool and landscaping were also undertaken. I carried out all the architectural work for this project including the overall landscaping plan positioning pool and tennis court.
